ANMI WIRC Annual Conclave was held as scheduled on Friday, January 13,2012 wherein nearly 120 individuals were present.
Mr. Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI and Ms. Chitra Ramakrishna, Joint Managing Director, NSE addressed the gathering.

ANMI-WIRC organized a Members Meet on "Revised K Y C Norms" on Monday, September 26,2011. A packed house of over 175 participants were the beneficiaries of this program. Ms. Kamala, Vice President, NSE who gave the initial address covered inter-alia the following aspects:
- Genesis of New KYC-Feedback of Investors, Bulky documents, many signatures, Multiple agreements, Mixing up of Standard Terms and bilateral terms.
- Components of KYC Documents- Index of Documents (Annexure 1), KYC Form (Annexure 2), Information relating to Trading Account (Annexure 3), Document relating to Rights and Obligations (Annexure 4), Uniform Risk Disclosure Documents (Annexure 5), Guidance Note on Dos and Don'ts (Annexure (6), Policies and Procedures, Tariff Sheet, Voluntary Documents.
- Highlights of KYC - One document across Exchanges & segments, Very Few signatures required Requirements of Agreements not relevant, Common Rights and Obligations, Nomination Facility, Cost of Documentation, In person Verification through webcam, Clear idea of tariffs.
- Impact on Existing Clients- Re-execution of KYC not required, Consent letter to avail internet facility/ web based trading/ electronic contract note/ additional segment, Acknowledgement for having read and received the Rights and obligations & Risk Disclosure documents of new KYC, Nomination facility can be availed of by existing clients by way of a request letter.

In association with PHDCCI, this program was sponsored by United Stock Exchange. There was Panel Discussion on Current Market Scenario, chaired by Dr. Naresh Maheshwari. The panel consisted of eminent speakers from the broker's forum.
Nearly 300 people attended the program. The seminar covered all the current issues relating to the capital market.

Balancing Health, Wealth and Happiness on July 30, 2011

"Thanks ANMI for organising such a powerful program. ANMI should continue to organize such programs in future". This was a comment which ANMI received on August 1, 2011 on the program on "Balancing of Health, Wealth and Happiness" conducted by the Brahma Kumaris.
Nearly 60 people who were present for the program held at NSE Auditorium cherished every moment of the program and its total relevance to current scenario of stress and strife seen all around. The program concluded with a brief demonstration of "Rajayoga Meditation".

ANMI WIRC Members meet was held on June 10, 2011. Mr Kishor Kansagra, Chairman of WIRC initiating the discussions highlighted to the members the recent interaction which ANMI officials have been having with the various regulatory authorities on matters of concern to the Broking Industry including proposed amendments to the Stamp Act, need for changes in KYC process, Simplification of IPO Process, Need for enhancing Secondary Market / Retail participation etc. He stated that these matters are under various stages of consideration.
Mr. Nirav Gandhi, Executive Committee Member of ANMI WIRC then highlighted the details of the recent interaction of ANMI with NSE as under:
- Clearing and settlement issues.
- Future & Option Issues related to margins, transaction charges, and liquidity as the criteria of F & O Scrips.
- Various other problems faced by Members including SMS Registration, pitfalls in advance brokerage, frequency of Inspections, Running Account Authorization, Self clearing / delivery in Currency Futures, Retail Participation in Interest Futures, Dabba Trading, High connectivity costs, Interest on Cash Component, of BC / ABC, Review of Existing Products and New Products, steps to arrest decline in FNO segment, ETF in Silver, Cross border products in India and from India.
National Skills Registry (NSR) is a NASSCOM initiative to have a reliable information database of employees working in the IT / ITes and other select industries. This creates a trusted and permanent fact sheet of information about each individual employee alongwith background check reports. This is a global security best practice for the industry which assures identity security and industry acceptance of honest professionals.
The following are the main points that were presented:
- The professionals can create their own profile on NSR; Subscriber companies can view their profile only if we authorize them to view.
- Professionals (or their employers on their behalf )can order a background check of registered profile using the services of NSR empanelled background checker (EBC)
- This will be the permanent profile with biometric uniqueness and background check report, which can be accessed anytime.

started at 12.30 pm and continued till 2.30 pm. The welcome address was given by Mr. Chandi Das Ghosh - Chief Executive
Officer, thereafter Mr. Anup Kr. Khandelwal, Chairman of the association and Mr. Sandeep More from BSE addressed the
investors and explained in detail about the advantages of investment in equity, various terms used in stock market, Policy
and procedure and risk disclosure, do and dont's, understanding Balance sheet and Financial Statement, wealth
management etc. About 60 investors were present in the meeting. Thereafter a quiz contest was held and seven prizes were
given to the winners. After end of the meet investors enjoyed the lunch. |

organized by ANMI (EIRC) jointly with RTS Realtime System
on 17th June, 2010 at Golden Park, Kolkata

The
Chairman - Mr. Anup Kr. Khandelwal welcomed all the members presented in the meeting and introduced speakers on dias.
Mr. Rakesh Somani - Director of National Council gave the keynote address to the members. The guest speakers Mr. Vinesh
Dinnoo, (Sales Director - APAC), Mr. Agneesh Banerjee, (Algorithmic Trading Solutions Manager) and Mr. Christophe
Rilinger, (Head of Marketing & Communications) explained elaborately on the subject with presentation. RTS Real time
Systems Group designs and delivers ultra-low latency, high-performance trading solutions since last 15 years to more than
120 exchanges worldwide. The workshop continued from 6.45 pm to 8.45 pm and attended by 130 person. Mr. Jitendra
Bhartia gave vote of thanks. Thereafter members enjoyed cocktail and dinner. |
