Ltd,(Member: BSE/NSE/MCX-SX/USE) and DP – CDSL, since 21st December, 1999 and has experience of dealing in capital market for sixteen years. Also, he is director of M/s Pragya Commodity Brokers Pvt. Ltd. since 1995. (Member: ACE/NCDEX/MCX/ICEX).

Mr. Hozefa S K, Whole time director & CEO, Navia Markets Ltd.

Holds a BE degree with specialization in Electronics and Communication and PGDBA degree in Finance and Information technology. Also a Chartered Financial Analyst with industry experience of over 10 years in financial planning and wealth management.

ANMI (NR) Chairman

Mr. Rajiv Gupta is a chartered accountant of 1986 batch. He is in the securities business since 1989. He is the director of RBC Financial Services Pvt Ltd, who is a member NSE, BSE. MCX SX. RBC is a depository participant with NSDL and a member of MCX through group company RBC Commodities. He has served on Committee on settlement issues of NSE from 1997 – 2000. He is presently chairman of ANMI NR and Director of ANMI board.

ANMI (SIRC – AP Chapter) Chairman

Ch. Jagadeshwer Rao is an MBA, ACS. After a brief period of employment and professional practice, started Saaketa Consultants Ltd., during 1991 to undertake Merchant Banking activities. During the period from 1991-1995, we have acted as Advisors to the Issue to about 45 IPOs and were actively involved from conception of IPO, marketing IPO and finally listing of IPO shares on Stock Exchanges. During 1995, we took trading membership of NSE and since then involved in Retail broking mostly in AP. He is presently chairman of ANMI (SIRC-AP Chapter) and Director of ANMI board.
